All charges  are inclusive of electricity, gas and VAT.

We reserve the right to make a further charge for excessive gas or electricity consumed.

Guests are asked to use gas and electricity as they would in their own homes, ie, by using the power and heating efficiently, switching off when not required. 

A £75.00 deposit is required when booking.

Rental periods run from Saturday to Saturday.

Minimum rental period is 1 week.

Entry time is 2pm.

Departure time is 10am.
